    Cheating Roulette - part 3

    Cheating Roulette Myths

Although there are a number of roulette systems that are touted to beat the table, many experts still agree that cheating at roulette is not possible. However, there is a possibility that you can put the odds in your favor as much as possible without cheating or paying anyone for the knowledge.

Here are two of the most well-known myths for cheating at roulette:

Myth #1: Using Money Management to Gain an Edge

Many gamblers believe that you can use money management to gain an edge. The truth of the matter is, money management cannot affect the house advantage of any bet. It won’t even guarantee that you will win bucks for betting at roulette.

If you want money management to work, then you need to invest extra time in increasing your bet size when the odds are in your favor, and decrease the bet size when they are not. There is a problem with this, however. The odds and payouts are set in the favor of the casino and that would never change. The roulette is in fact a pure game of chance. Thus, a house always has an advantage in roulette due to the amount paid out per bet. You cannot change or manage it, whatsoever.

Myth #2: Using a Mathematical System to Predict Future Spins

As you may know, this is the most common misconception about roulette, but with no basis in fact. Well, it is important to note in the first place that roulette is a game of pure chance. Each single spin is unrelated to any of the previous spins. Nevertheless, if the ball falls on red ten times in a row, most of the gamblers feel that black has a higher chance of coming up next. The truth is, this is not true! You are just basing your future on prediction without any back ups to support your claim, and that’s not reasonable.

Also, there are some players who like to look for and bet on the “sleeping numbers”, the ones that have not been hit for a long time. Well, just because a number has been sleeping does not make it more likely that the number you have picked will come up on the next spin. Note that unlike in mathematics in which you know exactly what is going to happen, in a game of chance like roulette, you never know what is going to happen next.

Having said all these, it is then best that you think for some modest ways to improve your chance of winning at the roulette table rather than spending your money for those flawed roulette systems. If you are really interested to know what these modest ways are, then you better read on for I have here some tips for you to follow.
